Why is this policy in place?
Once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be “returned.” This is a standard policy for digital marketplaces to protect the intellectual property of the creators.
Before you purchase, please ensure that:
- You have read the product description thoroughly.
- You have viewed any available preview images.
- You understand you need a (free) Canva account to use the templates.
- You have asked any questions you may have by contacting us.
Exceptions:
We will gladly issue a refund if:
- The product is fundamentally broken and defective (e.g., the download link is broken and we cannot provide a working one).
- You have not downloaded the product and request a refund within a few hours of purchase.
